Event Organizer Guide

For events with more than 50 people registered, follow both this guide and our Big Event SOP.

All events must be created through the Frontier Tower app and then will appear on the Lu.ma/frontiertower calendar. If it is a private event then say so in the title and log in to your Lu.ma account using the same as your Frontier Tower email and set it so hosts must approve registrations.

All events require a fully refundable deposit to confirm your booking. It’s a hold on your card, not a charge — placed a few days before your event and released right after.

As the host, you are fully responsible for the event. You must attend, be present at the start, and remain until the event is finished.

All organizers follow our Media & Content Usage Guide. In all promotion (flyers, emails, and every social media post), Frontier Tower must be listed as a co-host. Always tag Frontier Tower in posts.

You must clean up immediately after your event, not the next day, not later in the week. If your event ends very late and the space is not booked the following morning, you may request an exception at events@frontiertower.io. $500 cleaning fee otherwise.

20% of all revenue (tickets, sponsorships, etc.) goes to the Tower. For tickets sold on Lu.ma, this share is automatically collected. You receive your payout after the event (or earlier upon special request.) For other revenue, you are responsible for paying the Tower directly.

Notify your floor leads when creating an event on their floor. Floor leads have veto power.

Selling food or drink is prohibited unless you have a licensed vendor. Free food and drink at your event is allowed.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere in the tower at any time.

Minors are not allowed at events past 10pm.

Fog machines are not allowed. $1000 fine if the smoke alarm is set off.

Events that are political PR, harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise damaging to the Tower’s reputation are strictly disallowed. Frontier Tower reserves the right to cancel any event that violates this principle.
