This Media & Content Usage Policy (“Policy”) applies to all event hosts, production teams, vendors, contractors, and media personnel operating within Frontier Tower (“Venue”).
By booking and hosting an event at Frontier Tower, Client agrees to the following terms:
Definitions
- “Client” refers to the event host, organization, or individual renting the Venue.
- “Media” includes all photography, videography, audio recordings, livestreams, and derivative content captured at the Venue.
- “Venue Property” includes all interiors, exteriors, architectural features, branding, signage, fixtures, and identifiable elements of Frontier Tower.
Media Capture Permissions
Clients may bring approved photographers and videographers to document their event. All Media captured on Venue premises that includes Venue Property is subject to this Policy.
Frontier Tower reserves the right to:
- Capture photo and video content during any event.
- Use captured Media for marketing, promotional, editorial, archival, and commercial purposes.
- Publish Media across digital platforms (website, social media, investor materials, press).
Note on Privacy: If an event requires restricted media capture (private event, NDA, confidential gathering), Client must notify Frontier Tower in writing no less than 7 days prior to the event.
Content Ownership & License
3.1Client Ownership
Client retains ownership of Media created by their hired media team.
3.2Venue License
Client grants Frontier Tower a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, and promote any Media captured on-site that includes Venue Property.
This license includes use for:
- Marketing campaigns & social media
- Press and PR
- Promotional decks
- Website and digital materials
Branding & Credit Requirements
When publishing Media that clearly features Venue Property, Client agrees to at least one of the following:
- Tag @frontiertower in the caption.
- Include “Frontier Tower” in the event description.
- Use the location tag “Frontier Tower.”
- Include the Frontier Tower logo in recap videos (preferred: end frame or opening title card).
For high-production recap videos or commercial campaigns, logo inclusion is required where Venue visuals are a primary backdrop.
Media Sharing Requirement
Within 7 days following the event, Client agrees to provide:
- Minimum 5 edited high-resolution photos.
- 1 edited recap video (if produced).
Files may be delivered via shared drive link to ensure mutual amplification and partnership marketing.
Press & Commercial Production
The following activities require prior written approval:
- Commercial filming / brand campaigns
- Sponsored content production
- Drone usage (interior or exterior)
- External press teams
Unauthorized commercial production may result in additional location fees.
Attendee Acknowledgment
Client is responsible for informing attendees that photography and videography may occur during the event. Frontier Tower is not responsible for obtaining individual model releases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in:
- Removal of media personnel.
- Withholding of future booking privileges.
- Additional licensing fees for commercial use.
